Gabby Sidibe flaunts her much slimmer body in jumper and tight camo pants in new photo

Award-winning actress Gabourey Sidibe, best known for the film Precious, used her Instagram account to share a photo of herself and her much slimmer body.

The image showed Sidibe in front of a big mirror wearing a dark red jumper that had a gold and blue pattern in the middle. Apart from that, the actress put on camo pants that attracted a lot of sights.

One of the aspects that surprised more people was that Sidibe looked a lot slimmer than usual. For the caption, she pointed out that she was working on Juneteenth, but that they were paying her so it wasn’t a problem.

As soon as she uploaded that photo, her fans and followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts on the actress weight-loss

One of them was Instagram user Janette Hernandez, who seemed to be surprised by how thin Sidibe looked. Hernandez urged the actress to keep up her good work and finished by saying that she was an inspiration to all women.

Another Instagram user, @sanjiphoto, chimed in telling Sidibe that she should continue doing her job and don’t waste her time replying to people who do nothing but send negative comments.

As Celebritist previously reported, Sidibe underwent laparoscopic bariatric surgery in May 2016 after she and her brother, Ahmed, were diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. The actress explained that she didn’t want to worry about what the disease could do to her body, so she got under the knife.

Sidibe has remarked many times that she doesn’t need people’s support for her weight loss journey as her body has nothing to do with her fans.

‘It just annoys me because I’m just like, don’t congratulate me on that. If you’re going to congratulate me on my weight loss, also congratulate me every time I pee. Congratulate me every time I’m burping.’
