Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt reportedly 'finalize' divorce

Their tumultuous and highly publicized divorce took more than a year to be settled, as the two stars decided to carefully and respectfully come to terms with

the legal aspects of their separation.

Hollywood’s former married couple Angelina Jolie, 42, and Brad Pitt, 54, reportedly are ready to finalize their long divorce procedure after having agreed on the terms of their legal separation, according to Daily Mail.

The divorce is expected to be completed in a few weeks, after the stars’ respective legal teams get the last details done to officially file for the divorce. Pitt’s access to the children was allegedly a delicate issue that delayed the entire procedure.

But after months of conversations, they have found a middle ground in order to achieve a respectful relationship for the best interest of their six children, and are moving on with the closure of their high-profile marriage.

'It’s a huge turnaround from where the marriage ended, especially given the claims Angelina made against Brad, but they are now on pretty good terms,’ a source close to the former couple told The Sun.

This is an important step for the two A-listers to settle things and move on with their lives, taking different paths, contrary to the speculations and desires of their fans, who repeatedly championed a reconciliation between them.

In fact, it has also transpired that both Jolie and Pitt are already moving over with their romantic interests, bringing all possible chances of getting back together to an end, at least in anytime soon.

'People talk about them reuniting, but it will never happen. Things between Brad and Angie really ended poorly, and while they've attempted therapy with the [six] children [they share], they can barely be in the same room together,' added the source.

The celebrity exes are parents to Maddox, 16, Zahara, 13, Pax, 14, Shiloh, 11, and twins Knows and Vivienne, 9. It was claimed that they are currently the main point of focus to Pitt, who went through really difficult times to cope with the separation from them.

Jolie is also getting better from the devastating breakup, with news breaking about her being romantically involved with a real estate agent. Both Jolie and Pitt have preferred to have relationships with people who are not from show business, for a change.
