Alyssa Milano Did Not Rush to Lose Weight After Giving Birth to Her Second Child

After welcoming her daughter with her husband, Milano revealed she gave her body time to rest before setting her sights on losing weight when she was six months postpartum.

And after starting her weight loss journey— which included reducing her carb intake and running after her children as exercise— the "Charmed" star was left "feeling better overall" and at her "happy weight."

Following her second child's birth in 2014, Milano has not slowed down professionally. She recently starred in the Netflix film "Brazen Virtue," an adaptation of Nora Roberts' book.

However, when Milano's starring role was announced, it was met with backlash from fans. Despite that, Alyssa Milano had the support of Roberts, who said she stood by her decision to cast the actress.
