Jimmy Fallon from 'Tonight Show' Details What a Day in Quarantine with His Family Looks like Amid COVID-19 Spread

Like a lot of people in his field, actor and comedian Jimmy Fallon has had to stay at home with his family to ensure that he doesn't contract the coronavirus. However, he's still found a great way to stay productive.

Earlier this week, USA Today started a series called Quarantine Diaries, which they explained will provide some details on how some famous people are spending this period in their lives. In their first edition, they chronicled Jimmy.

A report from Deadline, last week confirmed, Jimmy has been shooting a special edition of his show, called "The Tonight Show: At Home Edition" on YouTube. A journalist from USA Today has now tried to get more details about how his life is now that he's been staying at home more.

In the interview, he spilled on pretty much everything, including his work, how he navigates his meetings, and much more. As expected, he now spends a vast majority of his time with his children.

It's essential to ensure that the entire quarantine doesn't bore people out, and Jimmy sure seems to have a lot of that covered. As for his means of coping, he added,

"I just try to stay calm and really stay positive and know we're going to get through this. These next two weeks are pretty intense. We've just got to focus on one day on at a time."

Hey, sometimes, you've just got to do what you have to do to keep up. Daytime and nightly shows have had to adjust their airing structures because of the virus.

Jimmy isn't the only show host that the virus has affected. All across the entertainment industry, shows have either had to cancel their airings entirely or change the way they work somehow.

Comedian Hasan Minhaj also revealed in a recent tweet that his Netflix series, Patriot Act, will shift production.

While Jimmy's modified show is running on YouTube, Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest have decided to move things home.

Earlier this week, the pair's show, "Live with Kelly and Ryan," revealed their latest episode, where both of them communicated via video call and entertained their fans per usual.

Dr. Oz has also announced that he would be filming from a mini-studio he set up in his house. His show cancelled production earlier this month after a member of the crew at their New York office tested positive for the coronavirus.

Comedian Hasan Minhaj also revealed in a recent tweet that his Netflix series, Patriot Act, will shift production. The show's second season will air its premiere at a later date.
