Beth Chapman’s life will be celebrated through two memorial services, but her memory will live on forever in the hearts of those dear to the reality star.
On Wednesday, heaven gained a beautiful angel after Beth Chapman passed away. Many of her fans and family paid tribute to the celebrity through social media posts, but an official commemoration will be done through two memorial services.
TWO MEMORIALS
Although details have not been given, a source told Us Weekly, that “there will be two memorial services for Beth -- one in Hawaii and one in Colorado.” Both are places dear to the departed's heart.
Chapman, together with her husband, Duane “Dog” Chapman, lived in Hawaii while she originally came from Colorado. The outlet also previously reported that the “Dog the Bounty Hunter” star will be cremated, as she wanted.
The family matriarch had family around her during her critical hours, including her mother, who flew in from the mainland, and husband, who held her hand throug it all.
‘MOURNING THE DEATH’
Dog had a televised interview following his wife’s demise, where he was able to thank friends and fans for their undying support amid their “most terrible time.” As he spoke of Chapman’s passing, he held back his tears and said:
“You kind of try to remember that you’re celebrating life, but right now, we’re mourning the death. For a few years, we knew this day would come. It came really unexpected, really fast. All of her clothes, her make-up, everything. We didn’t prepare.”
The Chapman patriarch also tweeted about his wife’s death on Wednesday morning, announcing that she passed away at 5:32 a.m., the same time she usually got up to hike Koko Head Mountain.
“Only today, she hiked the stairway to heaven. We all love you, Beth. See you on the other side,” he wrote.
A WELL-FOUGHT BATTLE
Chapman died at the Queen’s Medical Center in Hawaii after being put in a medically-induced coma over the weekend. The family matriarch had family around her during her critical hours, including her mother, who flew in from the mainland, and husband, who held her hand throug it all.
According to E Online, a member of the Chapman family considered Beth as one of the “strongest people” ever, even adding that:
“No matter what happens, she and the family have placed all of their hope, faith, and trust in God. Other than that, I'd just ask that all of her and Duane's fans keep Beth and the entire family in their prayers."
